Listeners may qualify just once at each sponsor location: Sherm’s Food for Less, Top Shelf Wellness Center in the Shoppes at Exit 24 in Phoenix, and in Grants Pass at Field’s Home Center on Williams Highway and Uniform Emporium at the corner of 6th and “I” starting November 9th, until the boxes are picked up by an Opus representative on Friday, November 20th at 3 pm. Duplicate entries will automatically disqualify you. Listeners can also qualify “on-air” with KCNA, 102.7 “The Drive”, KROG, 969 “The Rogue”, and KRVC, “Hot” 989….simply be the correct caller when the air personality asks you to call into the radio station. Listeners may qualify only oncer “on-air.” You must be present to win.
All qualifiers must check in at 11 am at “Top Shelf Wellness Center” in the Shoppes at Exit 24 in Phoenix on Saturday, November 21st to be eligible to win either of our “Civil War Tailgate” packages. Our “Civil War Tailgate” prize packages consist of (2) general admission tickets, for the “Civil War” game between the University of Oregon Ducks and Oregon State Beavers at Autzen Stadium, Friday, November 27th in Eugene, $100.00 spending cash and a Circle “K” Road Trip basket, consisting of snacks, drinks and a $50 gas card. Two prize packages will be awarded, a Ducks package and a Beavers package.

On Air Qualifying: Our Carl’s Jr. “TEX-MEX GETAWAY” contest, celebrating the “TEX-MEX BACON THICKBURGER, will begin on Monday, November 2nd and will conclude Friday, November 20th at 6 pm.
To participate in the contest, listeners may listen to Rock, 96-9 The Rogue, KROG during the dates of the contest week days for the “TEX-MEX SOUNDER!” To be a contest qualifier (a “Qualifier”), listeners must be the 9th caller to the contest lines at 541-858-5764 each time the “TEX-MEX SOUNDER” is played on the air between 9 AM to 7 PM. All Qualifiers, upon verification of contest eligibility, will be qualified to win our “TEX-MEX GETAWAY” to Dallas or Austin, Texas! Our Carl’s Jr. “TEX-MEX GETAWAY” consists of roundtrip airfare, hotel, and concert tickets…(TOTAL cash value $1232.00)
Qualifying Rules: Listeners may call as often as they like to attempt to be a Qualifier, however a listener may become a Qualifier only once. All Qualifiers, must be at least 18 years of age, an Oregon resident with current Oregon Drivers license and will be required to be present their Oregon Drivers license at time of pickup of Carl’s Jr. “TEX-MEX GETAWAY” prize.
The Contest / Event Finale: The contest is open to all Rock 96-9 The Rogue, KROG, listeners who are Oregon residents with current Oregon drivers license and 18 years of age or older. Employees of Rock 96-9 The Rogue, KROG, its licensee, its parent corporation, subsidiaries and affiliates, their advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Southern Oregon area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. One listener will be randomly selected from all “On-Air Qualifiers”
Grand Prize / Winner: Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent. By participating in the contest, Qualifiers and winner agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and where legal, to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.

One Carl’s Jr. “TEX-MEX GETAWAY” will be awarded to one On-Air qualifier. Decisions of Station Management with respect to the contest are final.
