The Harley-Davidson “STREET 750 AND 500” motorcycle Give-Away” contest will begin on Monday, March 28th, 2016, with our “ARTIST OF THE DAY!” We’ll announce our “ARTIST OF THE DAY” several times throughout each weekday starting with Brian O’Connor in the Morning! Whenever you hear a song by our “ARTIST OF THE DAY” be the 9th caller at 858-KROG to qualify to win either our HARLEY-DAVIDSON “STREET 750 or our “STREET 500!” The contest will conclude at 8:00 pm on June 4th, 2016. The grand prizes will be given away on June 4th, 2016 between 6 & 8pm at D&S Harley-Davidson, 3846 South Pacific Highway, Phoenix, Oregon.. To participate in the contest, listeners may listen to ROCK 96.9 “The Rogue” KROG, weekdays, during the dates of the contest for our “ARTIST OF THE DAY” announcements and songs by our “ARTIST OF THE DAY” between 10 am and 7 pm. To be a contest qualifier (a “Qualifier”), listeners must be the 9th caller to the contest lines at 858-KROG each time a song by our “ARTIST OF THE DAY” is played on the air throughout the day! We’ll announce our “ARTIST OF THE DAY” several times throughout the day. ROCK 96.9 “The Rogue” KROG, reserves the right to qualify listeners at remote broadcasts done from local businesses, too. Of all entries at our weekly “LIVE” remote broadcasts, we’ll pull (5) qualifiers and announce them on the air on ROCK 96.9 “The Rogue”, KROG
the following Monday, with Brian O’Connor in the Morning!” All Qualifiers, upon verification of contest eligibility, will be qualified to win one of our Grand Prizes….a Harley-Davidson “STREET 750” or our Harley-Davidson “STREET 500” motorcycle, valued at approximately $8,000 and $6,000 respectively, on June 4th, 2016 at D&S Harley-Davidson, 3846 South Pacific Highway, Phoenix, Oregon.

Listeners may call as often as they like to attempt to be an “On-Air” Qualifier, but a listener may become a Qualifier only once. “On-Air” qualifiers may not qualify again at our “live” broadcasts. All Qualifiers, at least 18 years of age, and Oregon Residents with valid Driver’s License will be required to be present, on-site at D&S Harley-Davidson, from 5-8pm on June 4th, 2016 for the Grand Prize Drawings.

The contest is open to all ROCK 96.9 “The Rogue” KROG listeners who are Oregon residents, 18 years of age or older, with a current Oregon Driver’s license. Employees of ROCK 96.9 “The Rogue” KROG, its licensee, its parent corporation, subsidiaries and affiliates, their advertising agencies, D&S Harley-Davidson, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Southern Oregon area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. Twelve finalists will be randomly selected from all entries at D&S Harley-Davidson, two finalists will win either our Harley-Davidson “STREET 750” or our Harley-Davidson “STREET 500” Grand Prizes. Our Grand Prizes will be awarded to an individual just once per lifetime. Listeners that have won a Harley-Davidson from Opus Broadcasting, Inc. or a $10,000 Shopping Spree at Kawasaki/Honda of Medford or any prize package valued at $5,000 or more previously, on any of our Opus Broadcast Systems, Inc stations, ie, KRVC, KROG, KEZX, KRTA or KCNA are NOT ELIGIBLE for this contest.

Two Grand Prizes will be awarded. A Harley-Davidson “STREET 750 motorcycle” and a Harley-Davidson “STREET 500” motorcycle….approximate retail value of $8,000.00 and $6,000 respectively.

The Grand prize winners will be solely responsible for all title, tax, tags, proof of insurance and license and registration fees, as required by the state they reside in, and all Federal, State and Local taxes. The winners will accept the Grand Prizes “As Is.” ROCK 96.9 “The Rogue” KROG and D&S Harley-Davidson accept no responsibility for repairing any real or supposed damage to the Grand Prize from this contest. Neither ROCK 96.9 “The Rogue”, KROG or D&S Harley-Davidson have made or are responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the Grand Prize vehicles, including without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer’s warranty that may apply to the vehicle.

There is no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for The Grand Prizes. The Grand Prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

Decisions of Station Management with respect to the contest are final.

To participate in the Grand Prize event, all Qualifiers, must be Oregon residents, with valid Driver’s License , and will be required to be present, on-site at D&S Harley-Davidson from 5 pm-8pm on June 4th, 2016 for the Grand Prize event. Qualifiers must check in with a ROCK 96.9 “The Rogue” KROG staff member by 6 pm at the latest on June 4th, 2016 in order to be eligible to participate. Qualifiers who are not present by this time deadline may be eliminated from the contest and may forfeit their chance to win the Grand Prize.

Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent. By participating in the contest, Qualifiers and Grand Prize winner agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and where legal, to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.

Prior to awarding The Grand Prizes ROCK 96.9 “The Rogue” KROG, in its sole discretion may require contest winners to sign a liability release agreeing to hold KROG, AKA 96.9 “The Rogue”and Opus Broadcasting, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

ROCK 96.9 “The Rogue” KROG reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value, which will become effective upon announcement.

Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of ROCK 96.9 “The Rogue” KROG.

The contest will conclude at 1 pm at Kawasaki/Honda of Medford. The grand prize will be given away on June 4th between 11 am and 1 pm, 2016 at Kawasaki/Honda of Medford, 3735 Crater Lake Highway. Medford, Oregon.. To participate in the contest, listeners may listen to 102.7 “The Drive,” KCNA during the dates for our “ARTIST OF THE DAY” which will be mentioned several times throughout the day Monday-Friday. Listen at 7:20 am weekday mornings for the announcement of our “ARTIST OF THE DAY!” To be a contest qualifier (a “Qualifier”), listeners must be the 7th caller to the contest lines at 494-1027 each time a song by our “ARTIST OF THE DAY” is played on the air throughout the day between 7 am and 7 pm each weekday. All Qualifiers, upon verification of contest eligibility, will be qualified to win one of (2) $1,000.00 Shopping Sprees or the Grand Prize of a KHM $10.000.00 Shopping Spree, on June 4th, 11 am till 1 pm, 2016 at Kawasaki/Honda of Medford, 3735 Crater Lake Highway, Medford, Oregon.
