I was a newly single mom looking to get my feet under me to best provide for my daughter who was 2 at the time. I applied at many places for employment and got hired at the Medford Shari’s. After working there for a couple short weeks Terry and I started taking notice of each other… it was very clear to others that worked around us that we had already clicked. But we denied it, as it was against the rules for a waitress and her manager to be involved. Terry was always the most kind, honest person I’d ever encountered. After a few months, I left Shari’s to branch out to a new line of work. I then found out that everything I had thought about this man..everything I felt in my gut.. my heart. Was REAL. Terry and I had our first date and it was.. absolutely perfect. He continued to prove that he was more than I could ever have hoped for. The man had completely swept me off my feet. We, very quickly, discussed moving my daughter, Jozlynn, and I into his home. Everything was moving so quickly, and I never felt more comfortable. Something in me KNEW, He was it for me. ♡ Everyday I watch this man’s heart grow for me and my daughter. And more importantly, my daughter loving a man as if he were her father. His heart is the biggest I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. His patience is great, he is so mellow and keeps me grounded. I had been battling with addiction for a very long time. Struggling to stay strong for my daughter. Not only has Terry been a blessing, but his amazing family welcomed us with open arms. I strongly believe God put him right in front of me for a reason. He has been my rock. His love has never wavered and his belief in us held me down in any time of doubt… regardless how certain I was I would push him away. His faith is so empowering. Contestants wishing to become finalists may enter to win one time per day each day of the contest entry period from Friday, February 13th 2015 through Friday February 27th 2015 at any of the Ultimate Dream Wedding sponsor locations (listed below). No purchase necessary.
The 12 Finalists will be chosen from sponsor location entries on Monday, March 2nd, 2015 and announced on air Tuesday, March 3rd, 2015. The 12 finalists will then have until noon on Thursday, March 5th to submit their love story and photo to the HOT 98.9FM website where listeners will then be allowed to vote. On-line voting starts Monday March 9th at Noon and continues through Tuesday, March 24th 2015 at 5pm.
Voting is limited to one vote per IP address.
Each of the finalist couples has the ability to publicly promote themselves as one of the 12 finalists in the Ultimate Dream Wedding. On Air Qualifying: The KHM, “$12,000.00 SHOPPING SPREE” Give-Away” contest will begin on Monday, September 15th, 2014, with our “SONG OF THE DAY” at 7:20 am.
The contest will conclude at 4:00 pm on November 22, 2014, at Kawasaki/Honda of Medford. The grand prize will be given away onNovember 22, 2014 at approximately 3 pm at Kawasaki/Honda of Medford, 3735 Crater Lake Highway. Medford, Oregon.. To participate in the contest, listeners may listen to 102.7 “The Drive,” KCNA during the dates of the contest at 7:20 am weekday mornings for the announcement and playing of “The SONG OF THE DAY!” To be a contest qualifier (a “Qualifier”), listeners must be the 7th caller to the contest lines at 494-1027 each time the song is played on the air throughout the day after having been announced and played at 7:20 am…until 7:00 pm that day. You cannot qualify during the playing or announcing of the song at 7:20 am. Three qualifiers will be randomly selected from all entries at Kawasaki/Honda of Medford, to win our various shopping sprees. Grand Prize Winner is limited to winning this promotion once per lifetime. Listeners who have previously won $5,000 cash or more, or $5,000 retail value or more from Opus Broadcast Systems, Inc. and our participating sponsor (ie, D&S Harley-Davidson or Kawasaki/Honda of Medford) are ineligible for this or any other contest with a winning value of $5,000 or more, whether it be cash or retail equivalent.

Grand Prize / Winner: Our $1,000.00 Shopping Sprees and our Grand Prize, $10.000.00 will be awarded.
The $1,000.00 Shopping Spree winners and our Grand prize, $10,000.00 winner will be solely responsible for all title, tax, tags, proof of insurance and license and registration fees, as required by the state they reside in, and all Federal, State and Local taxes. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
